The Insulated DC-DC Converter powers equipment with inverted ground references and that are installed in the same cabinet, allowing the use of only one battery bank for the entire system.
Another application of the Insulated DC-DC Converter is to lower (E4824) or raise (E2448) the output voltages.
The Insulated DC-DC Converter has a 32-bit ARM processor, providing:
- Protection against overheating and output overcurrent;
- Automatic shutdown due to low voltage at the input (deep discharges);
- Voltage and current display.
